The Players Alliance is a group of more than 100 Black professional baseball players united to use our collective voice and platform to create increased opportunities for the Black community in every aspect of our game and beyond.

We represent less than 8% of the game, meaning our impact is only as strong as the support we receive from our non-Black brothers in baseball.

Allies of the Alliance is a committee of professional baseball players that stand in support of our efforts and our cause. All we ask of our Allies is to fully support our efforts to rid racial inequality and create a more equal playing field for members of the Black community.
