Removing Barriers to the Game

For many families, participating in youth baseball or softball requires significant financial and logistical resources.

Travel teams, equipment costs, and tournament fees have transformed youth sports into a system that often favors those with financial access.

The Players Alliance is working to remove these barriers by providing equipment, supporting community programs, and creating opportunities for youth who may otherwise be excluded from the game.

Access should never determine opportunity.

Our initiatives support youth athletes, coaches, schools, and community organizations by providing essential resources, mentorship, and opportunities that help players grow both on and off the field.
